Admin Extraordinaire
Mon believes wholeheartedly that she didn’t fall into her role by accident, this work is where her passion and purpose have truly come together.
With over 20 years of experience across the medical and allied health industry, Mon has always been drawn to the human side of care, the quiet moments behind the scenes that shape a client’s experience from the very beginning.
She is deeply committed to being part of each client’s journey, helping to create a safe, supportive space from their very first interaction with Homeplace. Whether it’s a phone call, an email, or a warm welcome to the practice, Mon understands how meaningful those early connections can be.
Now working in virtual administration, she combines her love for all things organised and systems-based with genuine client care, supporting clinics to run smoothly while ensuring clients feel heard, held, and looked after.
Mon brings calm, compassion, and professionalism to every practice she supports, helping clinicians focus on what they do best, while she takes care of the rest.
